Working from home is very challenging without a formal set up. you have to make many adjustments but gradually it can work out to be fine.

after i had a baby, i took maternity leave for three months but then due to financial probs i had to join. it was very difficult for me to leave my newborn at home and also i could not get a good caretaker also. then i thought of working from home. i gave this proposal to my boss and being considerate, he agreed. i was more than happy as i could spend time with my baby while working.

After my baby's arrival, I have been working from home. Now my baby is three years old but he still needs me for daily care so i am planning to continue working from home. at least i am happy to be there with my baby through all his stages and have no regrets like other working moms of not able to spend time with kids.
